Candidates can download their e-admit card through the Home Guard section available on the BPSSC website.

What If You Cannot Download the PET Admit Card?

Candidates who are unable to download their e-admit card from the website for any reason can obtain a duplicate e-admit card from the BPSSC office.

For this, candidates must personally visit the BPSSC office at 5, Harding Road, Patna – 800001 on 15 September 2026 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

They must carry:

• A photocopy of their application form receipt
• One valid photo identity card
• Required personal documents

The duplicate admit card will be issued at the candidate’s own expense.

Documents Required for Bihar Havildar Instructor PET 2026

Candidates appearing for the PET must bring their PET admit card, a photocopy of the online application receipt and the required original certificates along with one photocopy set.

1. Valid Photo ID

Candidates must carry a valid photo identity document such as:

• Driving Licence
• Aadhaar Card
• Other valid photo ID

2. Educational Qualification Certificate

Candidates must carry the original certificate showing that they have passed the Intermediate (12th) or equivalent examination.

3. Date of Birth Proof

The original Matriculation Certificate must be produced as proof of date of birth.

4. Caste Certificate

Candidates belonging to applicable reserved categories must produce a caste certificate issued by the competent authority.

For female candidates, the notice specifies that the caste certificate issued on the basis of the father’s details will be considered valid.

5. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

Candidates belonging to Backward Class (BC) and Extremely Backward Class (EBC) categories, wherever applicable, must bring a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate.

6. Bihar Domicile Certificate

Candidates belonging to reserved categories must provide the required Bihar State Permanent Residence/Domicile Certificate, wherever applicable.

7. EWS Certificate

Eligible Bihar Government employees must bring the required certificate issued by their controlling authority. The notice states that applicable employees must have completed at least three years of regular service by the prescribed cut-off date.

10. Ex-Servicemen Documents
