Salary Structure
Probation Period: Newly appointed constables will undergo a two-year probationary training period, during which they will receive a fixed remuneration of ₹14,600 per month.
Post-Probation Salary: Upon successful completion of the probation period, constables will be placed under the 7th Pay Commission’s Pay Matrix Level-5, with a pay scale ranging from ₹5,200 to ₹20,200 and a grade pay of ₹2,400.The basic pay is expected to be between ₹21,000 and ₹25,000.
In-Hand Salary: After accounting for allowances and deductions, the in-hand salary is estimated to be between ₹23,000 and ₹26,000 per month.
Allowances: Constables are entitled to various allowances, including:
Dearness Allowance (DA)
House Rent Allowance (HRA)
Transport Allowance (TA)
Medical Allowance
Uniform Allowance
Risk Allowance
Deductions: Standard deductions such as Provident Fund (PF), National Pension Scheme (NPS), Professional Tax, and Income Tax will apply, typically ranging between ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 monthly.
