The written exam is the first and most important stage of the recruitment process.

  2. Document Verification (DV)

Once shortlisted in the written exam, candidates are called for Document Verification.

➤ Purpose:

To validate the candidate’s educational qualifications, age, identity, and eligibility.

➤ Required Documents:

1. Matriculation/10th Certificate (for age proof)

2. 12th/Graduation/Diploma certificates

3. Caste certificate (if applicable)

4. Domicile certificate (if applicable)

5. Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID)

6. Passport-size photographs

7. Disability certificate (for PwBD candidates)

8. Experience certificates (if required)

 3. Medical Examination

Candidates who clear the document verification are finally required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test.

• Height, Weight, BMI check

• Vision test (with/without glasses)

  Final Selection

Only candidates who pass all three stages — Written Exam, DV, and Medical — are provisionally selected and issued appointment letters.
