Eligibility Criteria for IBPS CRP RRB XIV Recruitment 2025
Multipurpose office assistants:
A bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, in any field from an accredited university.

Assistant Manager, Officer Scale-I:
A bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, in any field Candidates with degrees in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, or accounting will be given preference.

General Banking Officer (Manager), Officer Scale-II:
a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% of the possible points in any field, or its equivalent. Candidates with degrees in banking, finance, marketing, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, and accounting will be given preference.
Experience: Two years working as a bank or financial institution officer.
Officer Scale-II Managers and Specialist Officers:
A bachelor’s degree in electronics, communication, computer science, or information technology, or its equivalent, with at least 50% of the possible points overall and one year of experience in the field, is required for an information technology officer.
A chartered accountant
one year of experience as a chartered accountant and a Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Officer of the Law:
a law degree or its equivalent with at least 50% of the possible points. Two years of advocacy experience, or at least two years of experience working as a law officer in a bank or other financial institution.
Treasury Manager: a one-year veteran with a CA or MBA in finance.
Marketing Officer: One year of experience and an MBA in marketing.
Officer of Agriculture:
A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, dairy, animal husbandry, forestry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, or a related field with at least 50% of the possible points and two years of experience is required.
Senior Manager, Officer Scale-III:
a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% of the possible points in any field, or its equivalent. Candidates with degrees or diplomas in banking, finance, marketing, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, and accounting will be given preference.
