UPSC NDA 2 Exam Scheme and Syllabus 2025
The subjects of the written examination, the time allowed and the maximum marks allotted to each subject will be as follows:-

- Candidates should be aware that incorrect answers on objective-type question papers will result in a penalty (negative marking).
- Only objective-style questions will be included in the papers for every subject. Part “B” of the general ability test and the maths question papers (test booklets) will be bilingual in Hindi and English.
- Only questions utilising the metric system of Weights and Measures will be included in the question papers, if needed.
- Candidates are required to write the documents by hand. They will never be permitted to use a scribe to write their responses.
- The Commission may choose to set qualifying scores for any or all of the exam’s subjects.
- When answering objective-style questions (Test Booklets), candidates are not allowed to use calculators or mathematical or logarithmic tables. As a result, they shouldn’t bring it into the exam room.
