Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection is based on a competitive examination consisting of three main parts:

Group A: Stenography Test

  • Hindi: Dictation for 6 minutes at 70 words per minute. Transcription on computer takes 50 minutes (Total 100 Marks).
  • English: Dictation for 6 minutes at 80 words per minute. Transcription on computer takes 50 minutes (Total 100 Marks).

Group C: Computer Test

  1. Speed Test: 10 minutes (50 Marks).
  2. Efficiency Test: 10 minutes (50 Marks).
  3. Note: Candidates must use “Kruti Dev 010” for Hindi and “Calibri” for English fonts.

Interview
