Age Limit

• MTS positions: 18-25 years (as of August 1, 2025)
• Havaldar positions: 18-27 years (as of August 1, 2025) 
• Age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per government rules

• For General/ EWS/ OBC Candidates: Rs. 100/-
• For SC/ST/PWD and all female candidates: Free
• Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or BHIM UP

Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th class) from a recognized board

 Salary

• The SSC MTS salary structure is based on the 7th Pay Commission recommendations:
• Basic Pay: ₹18,000 per month
• Pay Scale: ₹5,200-20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,800
• Gross Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: ₹16,915 – ₹20,245 per month (after deductions)

How to Fill SSC MTS Havaldar 2025 Online Form Out

1. Visit SSC Portal & Registration

Go to the SSC official website at ssc.gov.in (also accessible via MySSC app).
New users: Click “New User? Register Now” to complete One-Time Registration (OTR).
Existing users: Log in with your OTR credentials.
2. Start Application

After logging in, click Apply, then choose “Multi Tasking (Non‑Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2025”.
3. Fill Personal & Academic Details

Enter details: name, DOB, category, nationality, education (10th pass), and select exam centre.
Double-check everything before proceeding.
4. Upload Scanned Photo & Signature

Photograph: 20–50 KB (approx. 100×120 px)
Signature: 1–12 KB (approx. 40×60 px).
5. Pay Application Fee

General/OBC/EWS: ₹100; SC/ST/PwBD/females/ex‑servicemen: No fee.
Pay online via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, BHIM‑UPI before 25 July 2025 (11 pm).
6. Submit & Print

Review all entries. Click Submit Application.
Download and print the confirmation and filled form for records.
7. Correction Window

If needed, modify applications from 29–31 July 2025

Matriculation Certificate (10th Pass)
– Proof of educational qualification and date of birth.
Scanned Passport Size Photograph
– Format: JPG/JPEG
– Size: 20 KB to 50 KB
– Recent color photo (not older than 3 months)
Scanned Signature
– Format: JPG/JPEG
– Size: 1 KB to 12 KB
– Use black ink on white paper
Valid Photo ID Proof (any one)
– Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License / Passport
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
– For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, in the prescribed format
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
– Disability certificate for candidates applying under PwD quota
