BSPHCL GTO 2025 – Selection Process
The selection process for the Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO) post under BSPHCL Recruitment 2024 involves the following stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT)
The primary stage of selection is a written exam conducted in online mode.
It consists of objective-type questions related to technical knowledge, reasoning, general awareness, and quantitative aptitude.

Merit List Preparation
A merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the CBT.
Minimum qualifying marks:
General – 40%
BC – 36.5%
