Educational qualification
Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) degree that includes the integrated curriculum of the certificate programme in Community Health (CPCH). The degree must be from a recognised nursing college that offers this integrated curriculum, and the candidate must have passed in or after the academic year 2016-2020.

Salary and Contract Terms
- The initial contract is for one year and may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance and requirement.

- Remuneration is Rs 25,000 per month, plus a performance-based incentive of up to Rs 15,000 per month under the relevant guidelines.
- Reservation rules issued by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Government of Jharkhand, will apply.
